We built a 5-module command center for Esteem Construction replacing manual paper logs with live data to connect the site directly to the boardroom.
Problem
The Visibility Gap
- Fake Attendance: “Ghost workers” getting paid for shifts they never started.
- Paper Chaos: Purchase orders and site logs were trapped in physical notebooks.
- The Trust Gap: People buying apartments had no way to see if their building was actually growing.
Execution
A 5-Way Bridge
- The Office (CEO/Admin): A 5-card dashboard showing sales, pending tasks, and money collected at a glance.
- The Field (Maintainer): A rugged mobile app. Workers scan a GPS-locked QR code to clock in and post photos of their work directly to a site feed.
- The Customer (Owner): A portal where buyers track their payments and watch their building grow through the live feed.
- The HR Hub: A central database to manage 500+ employees and verify their attendance with 100% accuracy.
